Hey mike to back up your point on out-training a bad diet, look at what michael phelps ate when he was training everyday for the olympics. You can look up his diet, it was like 10,000-12,000 calories a day of horrible food. And he was in the best shape ever

Mike. Your words are strong and to the point. More people should attempt to handle their business in this fashion. I hope we get to train together sometime. Much respect

Mike I wanted to say I've been following you since your original athletic motivational videos, but recently I've gained the most utmost respect for you. As a P.O. I'm proud that you made such an unbiased, educated video on your views on Ferguson. I'm not surprised as you've often referred to your strong authoritative upbringing, and work ethic that your father instilled in you.
Also, funny what you said about alcohol, I say the same thing all the time. When people ask me what I think about marijuana legalization, and try to make a comparative point saying, "but alcohol is legal", I always say "well it's mind boggling that alcohol in itself is legal, and imo it never should have been"!
You're the man bro, keep being you.

I can relate, at certain stages I just eat what I want. I do work out 4 to 5 times a week, & I incorporate the heavy bag in my routine. so I feel like I do get away with eating junk food. however I have notice when I eat junk food, I really dont drop any weight, I maintain or gain 2 or 3 pounds. The minute I stop eating junk food, my weight will drop. I have dropped 60lbs over the last year & half eating like this. but I bust my ass working out & on the heavy bag!

Hey Mike, I really like all your videos and your thoughts, but imo, you should post a little more training videos. Like back in the days with overtraining chest with big rob. Those videos really motivates people to work out.

But, don't get me wrong, I like your thoughts on things as well.

Have a nice one.

"Alcohol can only be stored as fat, as sugar."
100% False. Gluconeogenesis doesn't occur especially with alcohol.
I don't drink so I'm not an advocating it, but don't make shit up mayne.  Some of the most educated and credible persons in the industry even say an occasional beer is ok, its about moderation, treating yourself.
