Loved this workout, especially that it's divided up into 30 second sets. It feels much more digestible that way. And you still definitely get your burn on.

I love these short videos and that they are titled so clearly that it's easy to find what I want. I use these as either a "movement break" in my WFH day, a warm up of sorts before I go to the gym to use weights, or the ab workouts at home or the gym. I love all these videos (well, not so much the dance ones…I'm too slow and uncoordinated to keep up with those! It's not you, it's me!)
