Don't enjoy this video, because I have to change the motion frequently….while I just stand up for this motion, then the next one I have to lie down…..its really inconvenient

This is brilliant thank you. I love the low impact classes, full body, upper body and lower body because I have arthritis groin issues and these are great for me until I can build my glutes etc. Do you have an android version coming out?

Another great workout, thank you. What I love about MadFit is that its all about slow and controlled movements to increase strength and coordination. No jumping around as quickly as you can like a spastic marionette. Love it.
