15-minute home workouts to get you moving and feeling good 😃
3 rounds | 3 minutes work | 30 seconds rest
Try to complete all the exercises as quick as you can, keeping good technique. If you finish before the 3 minutes you get extra rest.
10 squats, 10 squat jumps, 10 lunge jumps
8 hand-release push ups, 8 shoulder taps, 8 mountain climbers
6 burpees, 6 tuck jumps, 6 full body crunches

This one is the best energy boost! Had so much fun completing it and have done it a lot of times now!
not easy to fit in all the burpees! Good fun though I am working my way randomly through the workouts.
