This is training 101 assuming your not in competition. You should get the same appreciation if your max is 30reps or 5 reps as long as you go all out and put in the work.

The IAG had to reopen the CoronaVirus Couldn’t Take Fletcher and all those variants ie. Delta from alpha to Omega with the angles and will the IAG is known for COVID walked out the building. I’m still in my teens as in Covid-19 but when I get stronger in my senior years say COVID-67 I will be back and Samson Fletcher and his bloodline will be ready with new training variations. From those 3 big guys, the only one who did full reps and not half reps just to get a high number was the last guy who hit 40. He demonstrated full elbow lockout. 💪
