your dumbbell workouts are my favs for arms!! that reverse fly is a bit difficult for me, can't lift them all the way up to work the back muscles properly but it will be interesting and satisfying to see the progress
I do your short workouts during lunch or break in my office so I’m always looking for workouts that don’t require getting in the floor. In this case I did walk push-ups.
I’m easily distracted when I’m not working out at the gym and watching your videos at home keeps me focused and motivated when I don’t feel like leaving the house ❤️

I really enjoy these reverse fly lifts and the forward one as well. The chest press on the back; I can get two for the price of one as I keep my lower back pressed on to the mat so I'm working my lower belly as well.

This video is awesome! I love that you chose straight forward, targeted exercises for each major muscle group in the upper body. The circuit is simple but challenging and effective. I just stumbled on it from a search for upper body workouts with dumbbells, and now I'm subscribed and excited to do more of your workouts!
I must remember revisit this workout once a week at least!
