Would definitely LOVE to see and do more workouts like this one. The addition of the light dumbbells really challenged my muscles. I even felt the work in my hips as well. This was a beautiful core and abs workout! I will be doing this one again for sure.

This was just the right amount of "push" for me today – thank you! Standing abs are a great option for people with diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues, and I love that you reminded us to breathe out on exertion. 🙂

Whoa! That was waaaaay different than I expected because I'm used to doing ab workouts on the floor, but it was good. I have an insulin pump and I've found that when it's on my lower back, it's really hard to do ab workouts that include lying on a mat. This was great because I didn't have to worry about hurting myself by lying at a strange angle or accidentally dislodging my insulin pump. I also realized I need more work on my lower abs – whew! those high knees really got me at the beginning!
