Desde que la conocí amé su personalidad, me encanta bailar aunque sea realmente mala en ello, pero disfruto mucho bailar por 40 minutos todos los días, llevo 2 semanas desde que comencé a utilizar sus videos, hasta ahora he bajado 4 kilogramos en dos semanas, lo sé es muchísimo, soy una persona bastante sedentaria pero sus videos realmente me motivan muchísimo, mi meta es bajar 20 kilogramos totales, solo me quedan 16 más, he complementado estas rutinas con 2 litros de agua al día y comida sana recetada por mi nutricionista, gracias @madfit <3
