Squat and pulse
Step up T-openers
Slow mountain climbers
Lateral lunges
Knees to elbows
Kick throughs
Push ups
Single leg crunches
Plank shoulder taps
March / jog on the spot

Yeah I tired following these types of videos a while ago but I couldn’t so I developed an eating disorder , would not recommend the Ed but the workouts are nice

Hey Joe! Why 40/20 split? Personally, I really find 20 seconds is just not enough recovery time and, I would suggest, too little for most beginners. It doesn't matter if the session is 10/15/20 or god forbid 30 minutes 😰

Joe has this amazing gift of being encouraging without being annoying. I always feel better about myself after a workout with him. I can see myself doing this one again as a boost to get me in the mood for something bigger, or just to make me feel better after a crappy day. PS. Please do another 7 days of sweat Joe!

Thanks. I have low blood pressure and I had to build myself up to the ones you did last year. It thenI started getting affected by dizziness etc again. It so frustrating not being able to kelp fit. So I stopped. But this might work better for me. Is there are chance you could do exercise for people with low blood pressure? I've had it all my life and even as a kid it affecting me doing sports.

Hoping you see this. And thank you for all you do for so many.
