Wasn’t a fan of that one, Joe. As soon as I figured out one exercise you were halfway through the next. Maybe give a few seconds inbetween for us civilians, but thanks for doing it any way…

Completed this workout on the day it was upload and now this is my morning and evening session everyday fantastic workout tough but well worth it I felt awesome after completing such a hard workout I had to drop to my knees for the push ups on the last two rounds but still managed to complete thanks joe I’d love more of this
