hi madfit! this video is so good, it’s a good amount of variety to keep my brain stimulated so i don’t feel tempted to give up! when it comes to the workout where we make rainbow shapes, i find that i have a hard time channeling the work to my abs, and instead i feel it in my thighs even though i try to focus on my abs. what can i do to make my core do the work instead?
