hey, asking something genuinely.. will this workout help me reduce breast? because i’m a trans guy and i’m starting to workout and this sounds great but i just have that one doubt, if this is gonna help me get my breast smaller? sorry if my english is not good.

good quick sequence – even without a bench. However, a minute rest is too long so I did planks and V-sits in between
