I hope Scott doesn't decide to quit youtube all together now that everyone just stopped watching him. That would be tragic. Scott, even if just 10k people watch you you are still important to us 10k. I'm glad you stopped trying to be Greg Douchette too (not a typo) since that would have made the rest of your loyal following leave you and since you aren't him (thank god) it would have left you with nobody at all.

You suggest a small child for weighted push-ups, and that's exactly what I do, and my daughter loves it. Problem is, she doesn't gain weight fast enough to keep up with strength gains.

It is motivating to know more challenging styles of push-ups, because once you mastered the technique of the regular push-up, you can progress to the next variation that is more advanced and challenging. When there is always a goal ahead, there is something to work towards
