I have been doing your workouts in and off for about a year, but I’ve been sticking to working out 5 days a week for the past month (I am loving the December calendar), and when I came across this video today, I realized the last time I did it I had to stop halfway through. This time was tough, but I made it and wasn’t panting on the floor, out of breath. It’s so satisfying to see the little victories as I get stronger. THANK YOU for this platform. You have taken me from not knowing how to effectively workout at home to being confident I can reach my goals with your videos. ✨ 💪🏻

When I was doing that scissor crunch my hips were flexing..I think I'm doing it wrong?

Wanted to go to the gym today but didn’t end up getting there, love doing these types of videos on my “off” days to keep my body moving and stretch out my muscles from the gym. Amazing home workout and absolutely love the zero equipment part!
Wow yikes, those burpees are just asking for a bad wrist injury. Folks at home are probably better (safer) off holding a plank or doing some hip dips
