i'm currently 5'7" 155 lbs doing as they are doing it in this video:
side laterals: 26.5 lbs 15-20 reps
overhead dumbbells: 40 lbs 15-20 reps
rear delt flies: 22 lbs 15-20 reps
currently cutting..so the reps may go up a bit
does it seem ok? how do yall compare?

My gym switched owners and they removed the dumbbells that exceeds 90lbs… They are not pro-BEASTmode

Absolutely agree with what Mike said at the end.
Its more than just a lifestyle, its almost my life.
Nowadays I can't go through life without hitting the gym at least 5 times a week.

The kind of intensity I like not Kali muscle and his friends bullshit. This guys workout with a lot of intensity with high volume and heavy ass weight. Unlike Kali muscle and his friends doing quarter reps and just plain annoying smh
