Mike, I have been a fan of yours ever since I started lifting. I do various exercises until I am completely exhausted; I go until I am satisfied sometimes taking as long as 2 hours. I lift everyday and my diet is as clean as it can get. I have been training for 3 years and went from 150 lb to 182 lb at 10% BF at 5'10''. I know that i have made considerable gains, and I am pretty damn aesthetic. The only concern that I have is you backing Dana Lynn Bailey on her claim to natty. Obviously, sponsored athletes cannot admit they are on juice, but to outright say you are natural when you are obviously not is disrespectful to the fitness community. Her presence is causing the problem you are trying to solve in this video: The fear that when girls lift (heavy), they become manly. Dana definitely has a manly physique. I know you want to back up your fellow fitness stars but I believe the health of women around world is more important than Dana Lynn Bailey being natural.

I had to do that exercise ya'll talking shit about for physiotherapy after acl surgery. It helped me so much that I kept doing it and I don't care if U shit on me in the gym

I'm a female, I love lifting. I don't know where that myth started, where females get bulky with lifting heavy. More muscle you have, less body fat. Lifting & proper diet is not just for the body, it's amazing for your mind as well.

I love Mike Rashid but I don't agree with his comment at around 18:00 about multidirectional squats. These are actually perfect for athletes and people who want their physique to full out in their legs.

Where I do agree is that these shouldn't be a focus. Dumbell Walking lunges can be done but the issue is you can only overload so much with walking lunges in different planes.
