I was really excited to see some ladies try Nuclei Overload Training! But I feel like they were all mislead to believe that in 30 days they would have incredible gains in their glutes… What do you guys think?

hey scott, i have a quick question. i just started lifting and i started seeing stretch marks on my arm, biceps specifically which i had been working out most. what tips do you have for me, cause i had to stop working out in total till i found a solution to my problem.

Lowbar hit glutes cause u sit back more but its a compound move its a leg builder more than anything . Hip trust, dead lifts ,kickbacks. Glute bridges great for iso butt

Ugh. Abs and Legs. Just about every guy's ignored exercises. Forced myself to train both minimum 2x a week for three months and now both are so much more cut and stronger. Not bad for 60.

100 squats a day will mess up a lot of things. Unless you are just going through the motions in which case why bother doing it since You will get zero gains. Do no do not do this if you value joint and ligaments.

How do i balance my usual workout routine with the everyday nuclei overload?? For example i want to do military press for 30 days, that would hit my shoulders and triceps right, but what happens to my usual routine?? When i work chest,triceps or shoulders what happens??

A girl with a face that beautiful, who has issues with the way she looks, needs something other than squats for her problem. I'd probably get her through a powerlifting program, maybe some judo or wrestling, with emotional therapy to get her feeling that she's strong and can overcome her fears. But how her butt looks isn't gonna change how she feels about herself.

12 REASONS WHY NONE OF THE PERSONS IN THE PICTURE IS HIM:

1. His mother got a copy of the picture and told him that none of them in the picture looks like him and the date and time the picture was taken.

2. The Attendance register has the date, time he reached work and left work on the date the picture was taken.

3. He reached work before the picture was taken.

4. He did not leave work until 10pm the night after the picture was taken.

5. He worked for 14 hours the day the picture was taken (8am – 10pm).

6. The time on the date the picture was taken falls between the 14 hours he was at work.

7. He checked the excel database and he knows the duty he was doing at the time on the date the picture was taken.

8. He had too much work to be done and little time to complete the work that is why he did overtime.

9. Because he did overtime that means he was too busy to leave work too much to do.

10. Lunch is provided on the campus compound so there is no reason for him to leave the building.

11. He knows exactly where he was on the date and time when they were somewhere else taking the picture.

12. If his actions are saying the opposite of what they are saying he said that means he is not saying what they are saying he said.

I'm not sure if nuclei overload is really the way to go… The relationship between volume and hypertrophy is a bell curve, also that style of training leaves a zerrrrroooo time for recovery

I've been doing 200 body weight squats per day. Am i doing too many? should i cut down the reps to 100 and add weight instead?

100 Squats a day 😰,and for a MONTH 😱, my legs wouldn't take it, maybe low weight and split them into sets of 25 over time.🤣

any idea how to count calories burned i've come across some calculations online and a study but nothing i can plug and play with
