Freakin great video!!… Its awesome to see Dexter kickin' it and giving some of his input. Very sheltered and humble guy…. Great stuff Mike!!
I can't stand rashids personality. I think he's a fake but he did a great job here. Well done.

Fans aren't as crazy about freaks as Dennis thinks we are, aesthetics are more desirable than ever now, we just don't see it anymore. The freaks are a byproduct of the JUDGES! Judges ruined bodybuilding IMHO
I'd rather be cut like you bruh I'm 215 lbs with 10 lbs of gut to lose .luv yah chanel big Mike
Good Q&A. I like the subject Bobby Dinero touched on!

WOOO FINLAND!!
thank you Dennis and Dekster and more athletes should respect their fans like Dennis said , lots of crappy attitudes from some guys in the sport , we make you or break you
Shawn Ray came to Vancouver in the 1990s and had sun glasses on and fell a sleep in the auditorium while the compitition was going on , I sent him a question on this and his answer was he was traveling and tired , well lee priest , Dorian , milos , and many more never slept lol
Great video !!! Keep up the good work !!!
That was absolutely fantastic to watch. Great effort from everyone, the questions and answers and the atmosphere was brilliant. Thanks Mike!! Dexter and Dennis. Easy.

Great interview Mike, more of this please…very cool!!!
my two favorite dj's.
Awesome Q&A – but come on DJ, it's GH and insulin causing distended gut, not carb loading.
Dexter is smart about training…like he said stick to machine movements which are low impact and soft on joints & when he said if he feels a tweak somewhere he won't train that body part again until it's 100% rehabbed. He knows he has the genetics to likely take half a year off training and come back to exactly where he left off. Kevin Levrone used to only train 6 months out of the year. Almost all top pros have good enough genetics to where they can take a whole lot more time off if (and certainly when) needed & not lose anything. If you train dumb & treat your body like a wrecking machine (aka Ronnie Coleman) you'll end up at 50 in a whole lot of pain with screws & rods holding you together.
14:13 well said. slow secured
This is awesome. What are your three favourite books?
Great interview! Thanks Mike!!
thanks for the video fellas i look up to all of you this video was great!!!!
1 meal a day around 5 is to allow your body to flush the toxins out. Juicing is fine just no solid food
this is cool Mike! I haven't been really following due to working a lot but is this a thing where your going to be getting with different people in the industry and doing Q and A?
Awesome video Mike. More discussion series like this please with the old school. Maybe Chris Cormier, Melvin Anthony, etc
Thanks Dexter for sharing your faith. God bless you sir
