Hope you find this useful! You can definitely change how you feel about your body by working out and eating well. There is always some limitation because of our genetics and our bone structure. Some people lose fat on the belly faster than other part of the body which gives them a natural hourglass figure. I used to hate how my body look! I work hard to get to where I am right now. My body shape is definitely more of a banana shape because of my bone structure and where I store most of my fat. I’ve worked hard at the gym to get to where I am, still a banana but I have accepted it. It took me a long time to accept my body because of how I was teased in the past. That’s one of the main reasons why I was quite insecure about my shape and started making improvements to my body. Anyway take it easy and you will be happier!

My waist has a really weird proportion. On one side it has a nice curve but on the other side it's almost completely straight. Any ideas to how to fix that? I really hate hoe weird it looks.

Omg this is meeee- I think my ribcage is really wide and that makes my waist so thickkk it's like 28" 🙁 It doesn't help that I've a short torso and narrow hips too!! Been working on building all areas of my glutes but I still can't get the ideal hourglass figure that I want! Hopefully someday :')
I am an hourglass & I was always upset b/c I wanted to be a rectangle body type. I thought only the Victoria’s Secret models could be hourglasses, but I’ve realized to just accept who I am and that many girls strive to be an hourglass and I should be grateful. 2. Cardio (she does HIIT) burns fat everywhere
3. Full ab exercises without weights
4. Eat healthy (whole foods and veggies)
5. If you maybe are allergic or sensitive to certain foods (dairy, gluten, etc) stop eating them to avoid bloating
6. Have good posture, pull shoulders back and stand straight
