I am currently bulking and has been for the last 3 months and I’m probably going to take a little break soon because it is quite mentally challenging honestly. Can’t wait to share more what i eat in a day type of videos soon… Had been so busy so haven’t cooked much. 🙂

I'm just starting wanting to get fit, but I don't want to actually go to gym because I just feel a little uncomfortable for not knowing anyone there, but also I'm scared of following workouts from the internet because what if I do something soo wrong and like I'm conflicted??

Do you have any tips for getting rid of REALLY stubborn belly fat?? I feel like my stomach never improves..I can work out like 7 days in a row and eat healthy and they only look a little bit better, than I eat like 3 chips and I get big bloated love handles again. It's so discouraging. Any advice?

I want to lose 10 kilos in 8 months but I take it one day, week, month at a time. Everyday, i try to up my veggie intake, i try to workout, sleep more and be positive. I cheat on my diet a bit but once a week but I will stop cheating around may. I just have fun with it because it's a complete lifestyle Change not just a temporary fix

I started in this fitness world almost 7 months ago, at first I only wanted to loose weight, but now I got so addicted and I've lost 13kg, and I still have to loose some more kilos but I'm very motivated. I've changed so much in 7 months, not only physical changes but most mentally. I'm still on this journey 💪🏻

Hey … i have a prob. I eat healthy all the time ( i don't have cheat meals because after, i feel really bad and blablabla) i eat the less processed food that i can and i workout since 6 months but, i still don't see my abs, my thighs aren't still toned ( a bit but i want more ) and my butt is a bit better … do you have some kind of tricks to help me ? I'm 14 and i am real'y working hard on that

You don't even know how many times I tried to start eat healthy, start doing excercises and all these things. I think I'm prepared now, bc I've watched many videos by you and I think that NOW I'm really going to prepare my tomorrow plates, prepare my body to work out and leave my phone and computer somewhere away from me 🙂 I really want to look more healthier and a little bit thinner.
