This workout is great to tone your legs/thighs and also tone up the booty. Great for beginners or if you can’t be bothered going into the gym. You can add some weights to make it a bit more challenging if you have access to some dumbbells or kettlebells! It’s always good to add a bit of weight if bodyweight exercises don’t challenge you anymore

I think most of you guys know that i am currently bulking right now, that means I’m eating a lot more and also lifting really heavy weights at the gym. So my legs and butt have definitely grown over the last two months. If you don’t wanna grow your legs or butt bigger, then stick with light weights or body weight. But for those of you that want to grow your booty and legs then check out my gym-based fitness videos on how i do that.

Can anyone please tell me is this exercise work to gain muscles in thighs and in butts because my legs are so slim. I did one day now my legs are paining a lot I can’t even walk, I tried to do exercise but I can’t able to do because of the pain. Please tell me how this pain can relief and what food I need to eat to gain protein. Please help me.

I genuinely hate working out. But I've been doing different Chloe routines randomly for a week now. And though I don't know if I've lost weight or anything, I've noticed that my breathing has gotten better and no lie, but genuinely after three days my butt looked better? Like I lost some of that bump between the butt and the hip. I don't know if you get what I mean but, my butt looks rounder and my back has lost some of the bump below the armpit so I'm satisfied. I didn't even change my diet or anything, though I've been eating vegetarian for reasons. But I even had pizza (before a workout which left me nauseous) and it's still there! I didn't expect such visible results so fast so I'm really happy. Even though I tell myself I'm gonna give up every time and still end up finishing it.
