2 months of Intermittent Fasting Weigh In | Body Fat | Keto? + What I Ate – Chloe Ting

I reckon it’s time for me to do an update for personal use and to let you guys know how intermittent fasting went for me. It is going really well to be honest. I’m still doing it but I might consider doing 5 days of fasting and 2 days of non fasting days now.

Other updates:

I didn’t lose my period. I actually had my period in time and for the first time in a year, I didn’t have unbearable period pain. I don’t know if that’s correlated to int fasting or not. I will have let you guys know more about that after a couple of months.

Also, I started ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting 3 weeks ago because I wanted to see how I go with it. It is definitely not as easy as doing fasting alone. It is honestly quite challenging at first but i sticked through with it. Definitely don’t recommend anyone to go into keto without doing some research and be prepared for it.

Also forgot to add in the macadamia nuts section to my what i eat section. I consume about 50g of nuts everyday to hit my fat intake. Mostly macadamia with almonds. Almonds is high in potassium and macadamia on the other hand has loads of fat content which is great for keto diet.

Im already intermittent fasting but before i started doing 10 hr fast to 13 then finally today gonna try 16 hrs as well as working out with your program after work and starting to see results its helping alot with my weightloss process im just watching this so i know what to eat but fyi i can see youve lost weight in your stomach but as well in your face i love that intermittent fasting has its benefits cause it helps me with self control and medicating helps alot as well

Can we skip dinner instead of breakfast?? Like instead of having the eating window between 12pm and 8pm, can we eat from 8am to 4pm??? Is it still effective ??

Yes your blood sugar balances out! I feel so much better intermittent fasting. I go between 23: 1 and 20:4 fasting schedule.

The problem with this is that my boobs are this first to go ={ , and I'm also quite small and my boobs aren't big so maybe Id have to get implants or something to have that kind of abs and boobs still 🤣

The problem I have with IF is that I eat from 10 am to 5 pm, but I never have enough room in my stomach to eat three meals a day, which probably isn't really good for me 😕

know it's been a while since chloe posted this video but i'm here with the hope of someone could answer me. i'm want to try intermittent fasting but i'm 17 and i have a little period issue, i'm irregular and i don't know if i practice this could cause negative results or even get worst my issue. isn't too serious but really really I want to do it

I love your programs, but I really hate this type of videos because I think they promote unhealthy habits. You show yourself two months ago like if you were fat but you are already really thin! And after that you show the numers of the weight scale with an impossible number for the average of people. I think it's really irresponsable. And I think you know that the most of the peple don't listen what you say: they just watch the main images.

I don’t like that fact the she posed on the progress. Like she should done the same poses and the before. The after she would pose like an Instagram photo. That’s not showing progress clearly. You should’ve keep the poses the same for the before AND after. But u still look beautiful Chloe.♥️

hi! what do you do when you’re starving during intermittent fasting? I’m planning to do this together with a 4 week workout program (20-50 mins a day, 2 rest days per week) and I heard starving yourself can ruin your results in working out, so I’m afraid that doing this while working out as well can result to nothing. do you have any tips?

I have been doing 16:8 intermittentfasting since 2 weeks & I went fro 45 kg to 41 kg but now my periods are not coming. I'm kinda stressed about it 😫😫Please can anyone tell me how to get back my periods !!

I'm doing intermittent fasting for 2 months now. I'm on 20-4 method of fasting and eating only once a day. At the first month I've lost 9kg already but for the 2nd month my weight is just fluctuating, it keeps on coming back to 72 then 70 then 72 again.
