BUILD YOUR BOOTY and tone your legs with this workout! You can do this workout at the gym or at home. You don’t have to use dumbbells if you’re new to working out but it will be good to start incorporating it after a few weeks of doing it with bodyweight.

Can you do another at-home back workout? My back is sooo flat and doesn't really have that sexy line you have, even though I regularly do the superman exercise along with shoulder exercises and at least 45 pushups per week :c
I recently developed runner's knee and it's killing me that I can't do squats/lunges/any deep knee bends. 🙁 That's like every booty workout. I know it's probably unlikely, but is there any way I can still try to build my glutes without aggravating my runner's knee?
