This is the second part to the No Jumping Workout Series. This low-impact full body cardio workout is definitely more intense than the first ‘ No Jumping’ Workout but it is still doable. If you want to burn some calories, try this one out! Definitely a fun one. Join me with my weight loss journey! 😀
If you watch my what i eat in a week video, you’d know that I’m trying to lose some fat. I want to be lean again. I store most of my fat on my back, my love handles, my thighs and my butt so that’s why it is not exactly very obvious because they’re mostly covered by my clothing! haha. I hope you enjoy this workout because I LOVED IT!

I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called Agoge Diet. I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.
Doing this workout I burned 67kcal and it was intense but not to much so thank you. I AM FREAKING AWESOME!

Wow! I just found website Agoge Diet and read their fitness tips and recipes. I can't wait to get my diet and training plan from that site and transform my body. Summer body, here I come!

I've been doing chloe ting exercises since January this yr but this is the very first time I got pissed off with the commercials. 😅 they'd show up in the middle of the workout and not on rest time. I was like go away it's adding time to my workout or i had to stop in the middle of doing it to skipped it.🤦♀️🤦♀️
