I really liked the crab walk and the plank crawl! It was kind of nice to move rather than hold a pose like with the usual plank. Thank you 🙂
i find it extremly demotivating im when u still do the exercise but it's actually rest. I would prefer if u switch the time or take the Rest. cause that gave me the feeling i'm not doing it good enough but couldn't push more anyways:(
