I combined donkey kicks & the bridges & omg 🍑 now I already had a but b4 but I felt it needed a lil perky push so I did these & it was almost like sculpted & I had friends ask me if it was fake 😂🤦🏼♀️ be careful what you exercise for lol

Wow it's actually sad how many women actually beleive this garbage ….. She knows damn well that muscle dosent grow by thrusting air …ur glutes will only grow ..when u hit the gym and weight train ur glutes …ya ll r wasting ur time ..educate urself abt the excersises , the high protein diet u shld be following etc..
