This 3 weeks lean arms challenge is great for building some upper body strength and at the same time help to tone your arms. Combine this exercise with other workouts in the program to help to lose fat.

Please note that we can’t target fat loss so if you lose fat overall, you’ll most likely lose some arm fat as well so definitely encourage you to try other workouts in the calendar.

Starting to work out again after my surgery last year.

MY GOAL: Look my best on my graduation date which is in June!

I’ll update after each of my work outs.

11/17: felt like keeling over and dying, took a lot of breaks but I hope I don’t take as many next time. My arms felt heavy on the last set and burn but so far I did okay.

Starting for the 2nd time…
Starting measurements of both hand 13 inches
Day one done.. not hard as i thought it would be.. this time i am using an exercise mat.. so it feels good.. will keep you all updated i sha Allah if anyone wants to join with me??😊 to keep me motivated
2nd day completed and i feel good today too
3rd day completed and feeling awesome
4th day completed not hard as before💪
5th day took a rest as i have a stiff neck😔
Day 6th couldn't do
Day 7th couldn't do
Day 8th couldn't do
Day 9 was able to do and feeling awesome

Last day of 21 days Lean Arms Challenge! Arms' measurements didn't lose significantly, only about 1cm each. Other improvements: 2 pounds loss, can do regular push-ups now (used to struggle with kneel push-ups) and visibly loosen waist line. I know this is not very much but I feel really satisfied.

This is the most deceptive workout video because it really gets you thinking that it's easy because there are no weights involved but my arms started burning less than halfway through!

Starting weight: 79.5 kg
Height: 5'2
I don't have a tape measure nearby rn so I couldn't measure my arms, but they're really flabby.
Day 1✓ couldn't do all the exercises but did for around 8 minutes. I won't be able to do much the next few days because my exams are starting soon.

Day 1 : ✔ 6 mins done and doing other 8 min from another chloeting's workout. And also did arpril han's slim leg in 7 days.✔✔

День 1: еле делаю упражнения кое как потом что суставы в 0 и просто не хотят держать руки на весу дольше 5 сек
День 7: суставы укрепились все ок, но теперь я больше слежу за техникой и мои мышцы умирают, это реально мощно

DAY 1: ( i was using dumbells b4 excersize ) arms hurt and felt so tired.
Day 2: woke up with stiff left arm (cant straighten them) did dumbells for a little no arm workout
Day 3: (Did dumbells in the morning) left arm still stiff right arm feels slighly stiff….did arm workout then dumbells
Nb: workout felt easier still hurts tho

I’m doing this plus cardio Zumba and some back fat stuff.

day 1- struggled too much and took too many breaks.
day 2- im a little sore from yesterday, but I do have motivation to workout and im feeling goodddd
day 3- it hurts so much but I got through it. I’m noticing I’m getting a little stronger and it’s getting easier for me little by little.
