Thank you for this video , I suffered a torn rotator cuff and a broken rib 4 months ago and it took me a long time to start exercising again. This was just a perfect not too hard workout for the new beginning.
Found this video today for the first time. Enjoyed it. Only things that were difficult were the planks and push-ups. I’m 60 and my wrists just let me do that anymore. I was able to modify most of the exercises so all is good! Thanks!

This station saved me during the early days of the pandemic and I have stayed here even though the club is back open. I love it!!!
I tried this instead of my run. It was fun, I liked the cool down and warm up in it too. I definitely sweated but don't feel exhausted and it wasn't noisy like a hiit which is perfect because my husband is still asleep. I do feel like I normally push myself more so I'm inspired to try a hiit next time. Thanks
