I know, training Booty & Abs is our favorite. But don’t neglect your arms! Toned arms, that fit to the rest of your beautiful body. Strong arms, that have enough strength to hold you during a Plank Workouts (haha!).
No huge, masculine biceps – but also no flabby bingo wings. This workout will NOT make your arm muscles grow big + bulky. It will just make them more defined 🙂 This is a super fun routine, which seems easy at first .. but it will make your arms BURN, I promise.
Aaaand I also love the music in this video. Feeling the burn is definitely easier when we can sing along!

Can anyone who did the workout tell me if it actually works? I’m really desperate to lose my upper arm fat but don’t wanna waste any time on something that won’t work. These videos always confuse me since everyone says you can’t spot reduce fat, so how would this workout help? Someone plz lemme know

It's so strange I've done this workout 8 times and evert single time I feel sore as if I'm doing it for the first time 😂😂😖
I only knew how hard this is, because I didn't do this workout in a couple weeks and boy it's intense 🙂 but I also notice how much easier it's for me after training for a year

I also do this but i fill my bottles with sand and it weight 800gr each and now i upgrade it i fill the bottles with concrete mix and now it weight 1,05kg each i feel the burn in my arms.
