The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need more breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 that’s the best feeling!

The workout is great, but The only struggle is I have to turn off these TOXIC music, literally these toxic lyrics can ruin your brain 🧠🥸 while keeping our body healthy, why giving our mind unhealthy junk🙅🏻

I got coved in 2019 and it hit me bad, because of being cooped up and then mental problems which spiralled out of control and the fact I couldn’t walk I gained a slight bit of weight and lost all motivation in exercising, then 6 months later found an abb workout, although it wasn’t yours I did that workout and a leg workout on off for 6 months, then I heard about the 6 week shred and failed it, but then I found your workouts, they brought me back to life, I joined a running club and 6 months of that later I got into the county team for my school, although still a teen and growing I don’t expect to see to much abs and don’t, but my core and physical strength has improved thanks to you, and every time I look in the mirror I smile, because although I’m not exactly where I want to be, I’ve somewhat achieved my New Years resolution of becoming a healthy person. Next years is to get fully defined 11 abs, which I don’t know if I can do but I’m going to give it all my motivation 🙂 thank you Pam also I did do mini 5 second breaks in this workout as I’m only 14 nearly 15 x
You know the workout is gonna be bad when PAMELA REIF HAS A BREAK! Like out of all the workouts I’ve done from her so far this was the first with a break. But I do gotta say thank you for adding the break, without it I would have died. Love ya
