im one minute into the video and im already crying
been doing this for around 3-4 months and my butt got firmer. especially when i started using a resistance band. my only suggestion would be is to only do this when its your first time doing glute exercises. but eventually switch to resistance/strength training targetting glutes to maintain glute muscle growth
Hey Chloe or legit anyone who is experienced enough, my wrist hurts really bad but I feel no pain anywhere else when doing the side plank abductions. Do you have any suggestions or directions to do the exercise correctly? :') If yes please educate me lol.
