Awesome video brotha!
What up Mike ? Love to see you training with your Son. THX for the Motivation, appreciate it !
Love this especially with his son
I've heard that the training is cool but it's when to add the weights heavy or light that people discuss
picked up the iron at 12 haven't put it down since
#ironaddict
I like your video mike, and how you train your son on the wright path!
i had a ball in my crib….and i havent stopped yet….and dont plan to…..i suggest no weights until fully grown tho….develop motor skills through sports while young tho (4 -18)
Is that youre son the spelling bee champ? Damm he has grown. Respect Mike !
14 but used the gym since 16. they addiction lasts years with minimal results in weight and muscle gain.
Dope shit
Upper body is lookin' dope, but work them legs bro.
them nikes hard asf, Mike…
I started at 12. Way too early, I got swole and still got my physique, but it stunted my height. I’m 5’9” 5’’10 on a day. But I wear sz 13 shoes and my wing span is over 6 feet.
What’s the difference between dead lifts for back and dead lifts for legs?
Upto 15, focus on bodyweight exercises and bit of resistance band training. Then gradually start weight training 🤷.
I know what you mean by weird energy. Annoying
I did a 400 rep push-up workout iron marathon style first 200 up to 20 with the weight vest went down in numbers without the weight vest it was crasy
Just brought the Kinetic 🍄 and my gosh 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the energy and focus ..
I love it 🔥🔥
Oh man this will enhance Mike's son life to the fullest!!!!
Nice workout big man!
Video starts: "Just bcus u got money…. don't mean u have to buy the most expensive things! C'mon bruh!" -Mike Rashid
Mike Rashid then Pulls off in a Lambo truck, big ass diamond earrings and shades!
U funny bro 😆👍🏿💯
Big up to Mike Rashid however "training" is a general term. What results are the "training" designed to produce?
In regards to producing sport related strength and preventing injury in child athletes, programmed "training" is overrated for an athlete under 15-16. They need fundamental work in their sport and hella cross sport activity. That is what creates a foundation for success.
Yall too young to remember Prime and Bo. They were sport strong and not weight just room strong. Its a difference and its night and day when its time to perform on that field or diamond. In sports you have to move , you have to get to a spot to make a play. Its not just moving weights.
Baby boy driving the Lambo truck that’s a beautiful very inspirational sight Big Mike!!!!
🦾🦾🦾🦾
I started training at around 5 years old, and have been training ever since. I first watched my dad do pushups before bed, he was a Navy man, and when he saw that I had a fascination with it he introduced me to all kinds of fitness, boxing, body building you name it.
GREAT EXAMPLE OF A FATHER. REAL MAN SH#T. WE NEED TO START SHOWING MEN ALWAYS HANDLE THERE RESPONSIBILITY. RAISE THE WEIGHT BUT RAISE YOUR KIDS. ONE LUV
The beginning of the video chastises about flaunting materials, then later on that whole notion gets contradicted.
