Does anyone know why 2 out of the 3 sets is just flapping the arms?? Is that to help warm up/loosen up the arms or does it actually build muscle? Seems kind of too easy 🧐

i love chloes workout videos and decided to do strech. For a person who trains a lot i see a lot of things that she shouldnt do and can be bad for you. For example when she had her one hand straight and with other she pushed it to her chest her arm was almost touching chin. arm shouldnt be so high it has to be low and relaxed. its not very good streching video so watch out

There needs to be a few seconds break to position yourself for the next move, you lose so much time otherwise
Guys I recommend her "cooldown and relax" video, instead of this. This is way too fast
Why is your timer so short. In each position , the muscle needs time to relax , way to fast it don’t even make sense

Hi everyone! I have been doing Chloe Ting's workouts and challenges for about 2 years now. When I started, I was trying to do it for others. I would do 1 or 2 workouts from her, call it good, and continue trying to change myself. Present day, I am here doing her challenges for myself, taking care of myself, and having way more confidence!
