Let’s welcome another special guest… JOEL CORRY!
His single “Head & Heart” has been #1 in the UK for 7 weeks already! And now we got him here, sweating with us.. he’s still smiling though 😀

To be honest, I prepared a “dancy” Song Workout for us. When he saw it, he was like: “Nope, I’m not gonna do that”. So I quickly changed it into a hardcore – very male friendly – Fat Burner Routine. Only classic exercises, no hip shakes haha.

He is super duper fit, he trains 7x a week. He had no problems to keep up with me!
We also got another workout coming for you soon… 🙂 and he was struggling a bit during those 10min. You better get readyyyyy…

an alle, die eine smartwach haben: laut meiner hab ich bei diesem Workout 20kcal verbrannt und laut Pamela verbrennt man hier 30-50kcal, ich bin eigentlich ganz gut in Form und schaffe die Übungen auch.. wie viel verbrennt ihr hier laut Euren Uhren?

I go to athletic classes (not sure how to say it in English, sorry) but I was dead after the first minute and I couldn't continue😂😭
Update: now I don't go to athletics, but after just a few tries (in different days) and actually pushing myself to do it (Everything is here!🧠) I'm able to do it with some struggle, but doing it right and I can go all the way!
