IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

gonna be doing the tracking thing in the comments cause why not. I do these after my weightlifting for some cardio since I'm trying to get into cardio for endurance and I bounce back between this and a 20-minute version
day 1: upper body lifting and 20-minute HIIT
day 2: lower body and this 🙂
day 3: 12-hour shift, just upper body
day 4: active recovery: cycling
day 5: rest day
day 6: lower body and this

This workout I did it in evening one time. I have taken 3 breaks in middle. Today I tried this workout on morning 5:15. I didn't even took single break. Idk why… I think early morning doing excercise is better. It's gives more energy than other times. Thank you chole for your amazing help.. 🥳🥳

Weight loss challenge (March 2021)
– Day 19: Chloe in the video: "This is intense, be careful that you don't pass out, take a break for a few minutes if you need to…"
Chloe planning the challenge schedule: "Ah, this one's easy, let's do another which is even longer right behind it!"
Okay, yes, this workout went absolutely fine. (Although that doesn't mean the others today will go fine too!) I didn't get one exercise, need to skip through the video next time and learn it but apart from that? Could do every exercise until the end, didn't need low impact versions or longer breaks. The only thing you could say is that I didn't do it as fast as Chloe always but come on who's really as fast as Chloe during a whole workout?
Also my back hurted pretty bad during over head jacks, don't know why, I've had a slight back ache (strangely in the left side of my back, I mean, why?) for a few days and think this exercise made it worse? Well, I'll see how the other workouts go.
– Day 25: Okay, that was harder than last time, I'm not at the best of my performance today (and I already did the abs workout before this one). Needed to take one longer break. And the one exercise, I mean, I did something but like really slow and with a lot "wait, which leg is she using now?" – I trained my brain during that one, not my body. 😀
But over all I would be totally fine (my back didn't hurt this time, that's cool) if I just could take a shower now and go one with my day. But of course I can't as I got another 20 (!!!) minutes of HIIT! I'm really not sure if I'm able to do that today. But I am going to try.
