I know you guys have a love-hate relation ship with my HIIT workouts. But I promise – this one is DIFFERENT 😀 Of course, it’s high intensity. But it’s sooo much fun at the same time, I don’t notice that it’s exhausting until the end. I tried to take the mood of “Hey Mama” of the Happy Dance Workout & extend it to an entire video. Hope you like it!!

I love Pam and all her other workouts but the move "squat + Kung Fu" in this one felt kind of funny/embarrassing to me 😅… Kung Fu is such a large part of Asian culture & history so surely yall don't think that move is supposed to resemble anything close to it???

OMG, this workout was supper intense. I started off with the 12 minutes happy workout, (the other one) bit easier, then I started with this one thinking (why not) but I realized why. OMG it's killer workout!!! I can barely breath! but I know I'll get to master all the moves in this video, even tho I skipped like a bunch. Thank you so much Pamela, Some people of youtube don't really know what they're doing. they just tell you to do some weird move you've never seen before, and it turns out so weird that you so much for making it easy to find this workout, but intense to do. MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD SWEATY<3
