This routine is quite different from what we normally do. We will do the movements suuuuuper slow and controlled – to keep the tension as long as possible in the muscles & to build maximum strength. The burn is REAL.
No High Intensity, rather slooooow motion 🙂

This method is called “time under tension”. We extend the eccentric phase of a movement (going down in a squat, lowering your body in a push up), hold for a second & go back to the starting position explosively. I will “count” you through the entire 15min haha:
1, 2, 3, 4 – hold – AND UP ♥︎
If you usually have troubles with “feeling” an exercise in the right place, you will probably have a better mind-muscle connection during this workout!

Update: I just did this workout and it's not as easy as I thought. I had to take alot of breaks because especially my legs were shaking, I feel guilty. 😂

I've been doing this workout for months now, and it helped me A LOT for squats, where I used to feel my legs burning, but not really my butt. Now I've learnt to feel the burn in the right places and it makes me happier at the end of every workout. Thank you Pam! ❤️

I am not in the best shape. I am the kind of person who stars doing stuff and after couple of days gives up but you know what? Every time I give up and fall down, I sooner or later find a way to start doing stuff over and over again. I fall down but get up and that's exactly the kind of person I want to be. I took me a while to realise that I am not a bad person for always giving up work out but in a way a good person for always trieing. If you are reading this and feel like you are always quiting something, just remember all the times you got up and started again cause you knew that someday you would get up and never fall agian!
