So I am doing this challenge and idk if I will lose weight or not if I do then I'll be so happy but the bad thing is I just bought really pretty dresses and I didn't even wear it anywhere, so that won't fit me anymore :")
Plus size women should know that they are gonna plateau at some point if they watch these before and after videos for short challenges. My entire family is plus sized except me so I watched my parents try a lot of diets and workouts. My dad would have no problem steadily dropping weight week after week, but my mom would always hit a point where it didn't matter what she did, eventually her body would just stop losing weight. Periods are really good at fucking up our bodies so don't fall off the wagon if you workout for a month and see results, but the second month the results don't seem as drastic or exciting. I'm heavier than I've ever been but the Jan. of 2020 I was in the best shape of my life because I was doing 5 to 20 minute low impact workouts 5 out of 7 days a week for 3 months and I felt great.
WOULD THE 2 WEEKS SHRED THING HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT INSTEAD OF GAINING MUSCLES ? LIKE I WANNA LOSE WEIGHT FIRST? WOULD THE 2 WEEKS SHRED HELP OR SHOULD I TRY SOMETHING ELSE
