First time doing this workout! Could not work out what was so hard until I came to the 1/2 planks. Heck. I survvied only 15secs on each side – my balance was not having it haha. Thanks for the awesome workout! I loved this one!

Everyone who did this workout is a hero! A lot of these exercises take a lot of strength and balance. If you're having trouble with the half plank remember to squeeze and that you can and will balance. You got this!
