This routine targets the inner part of the top of your legs = the INNER THIGHS.
▸ You might think they are a bit wobbly & hard to target during normal leg days. That’s normal!! It’s a small muscle that is usually secondary.
▸ With slow and concentrated exercises, we can wake up those muscles & make them more tight and toned 🙂
▸ You will also train them more effectively, if you continue with additional leg workouts afterwards.
▸ This also works amazing as a „finisher“ after your leg day. To make sure those inner thighs will be soooore tomorrow!
PS: I filmed this workout completely on my own! My mind was busy with „s**t I hope the focus is still correct“ & „its so windy I cannot hear the beep“ 😀 😀 the video turned out nice though, lucky me!!

Sorry aber wie soll ein komplett Anfänger der etwas mehr drauf hat!! Alles die ganze Zeit erstmal nur mit einem Bein machen anstatt abwechselnd!?!?!? Ist doch dann noch schlimmer für den jenigen es sind gute Übungen aber für einen komplett Anfänger ist das zu dolle erstmal nur einmal und dann das andere!!

I need some motivation 🙁 this year has been so rough being in toxic relationships and covid ect. I've lost alot of my motivation, I've gained weight, there's extra belly fat i don't want and thighs, I'm struggling to be ok with my body and get into a good habit, does anyone have any tips??

LADIES!!!!!! When I tell you this works!!!! IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! 😭 I’m honestly so pleased with the results. After a a few weeks of on and off working out 😭 I manage to still gain results. I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 months and seen a huge difference. To begin with the inner part of my thighs has decreased by maybe (fyi I don’t have a measuring tape this is just a observation guess) 3 inches on my left thigh and 2 1/2 on my right 😭. My thigh does look more tone down! I do this workout with ankle weights 💀 and when I tell you this hurts my inner thighs it hurts. I can barely angle my leg 15 degrees or 20 😭😭. But I try my best to not drop my leg. You’ll see results with a month!
REMINDER ⚠️ I didn’t do this workout back to back💀 cuz I’m lazy tbh. But I’ll do this workout 2 and a half weeks within a month! (With a whole week off in between)
