I love all the workouts and stretches. Could you make a runner's stretch video?
Tip: After workout or any stretching exercise (on ground), always turn your body either on left or right and then stand up with the help of your arms. This will not put any harmful affect on your spine*.
this was instructed by my yoga teacher as it is not good for our body to stand that way pam does in all her videos.
ps- i'm a big fan of her workouts and do them daily as part of my routine.
