One of my favorite routines. I do it twice through , 3-4 times a week. You guys gave me a great core routine that has totally improved my game. I am a newbie martial artist so I need my core's functionality. Thanks to you, I can go back to my dojo with an improved torso, instead of worsening my physique through quarantine.
From this routine, I only replaced Side Plank Kick (Left)

This has always been my favorite workout channel on YouTube. I used to do this a couple years ago and it put me in shape. I've been back at it again since yesterday. Goal is to lose 60lbs!!! Wish me luck!!

Your ten minute workouts have made so much difference to my fitness. I'm a runner who hates lifting weights, but just ten minutes with Daniel and Kelli after running has literally transformed my fitness, muscle tone, and even my energy levels so much. Do not underestimate the power of a short workout!

Whenever i try to follow any sort of Abdominal work out, before i feel anything in the abdominal area, i get tension and pain in my lower back. Is that just because that area is weaker? Or am i doing something wrong
