Fist time I write something…..I want to say that you have my deepest THANKS Marnie, I have follow your work out and is the only way I can get ride of a horrible pain in my groin I have since 15 years ago…. no doctor have been able to help I me even a little, so I change everything diet, supplements, spiritual way too, please keep with that good vibe and as you said in another video : beautiful circules in life exist ….I’m sure they will bring you something amazing good for helping other with this!

i cannot express how much i love marnie's workouts. there are similar elements throughout all of them but they're different enough to be challenging and sweat-inducing!

CARDIO should be named in this work out! Wow! That was amazing and highly enjoyable! Thank you! I love finding work outs that challenge but don't stress me out and feel impossible to do! And the fact that you can talk through it without sounding out of breath is amazing! Well done!
