As a caution, do not leave the hard boiled egg out of the refrigerator for more than two hours before eating it. If you have to have it out longer, put it into a plastic bag or sealed container with a frozen ice pack to keep it cold and avoid food poisoning from bacteria overgrowth.

LOVE how your videos are so much more realistic and helpful then most of what I find. Not everyone can afford expensive healthier alternatives or have the time to prepare them all. Your videos give me hope!!

Best Ways To Cut Calories From Snacks
Buy pre-measured snacks, no more than 100 calories.
Choose fruit over a bag of pretzels.
Choose plain yogurt over flavored yogurt.
Choose flavored seltzer over soda.
Choose celery stalks over dried fruit.

My personal favorite snack as of late has been soy beans in the pod steamed. With a pinch of pink Himalayan salt can't go wrong. I will however try out the ice cream, chickpeas, and oatmeal cereal bar.
