Please READ this box more info. Get a slimmer waistline and add more curves to your body with this workout! If you have an athletic body shape or H frame just like Hayden Panettiere, you tend to have broader shoulders, a strong back and a less curvy waistline.
This workout focuses on a lot of rotation exercises to tighten up the midsection and add more curves. Aim for high reps and avoid using heavy weights, which may add more bulge to your waistline.
Want more challenge? Repeat this video once more.
For best results, do this workout 2 – 3 times weekly and combine it with your regular cardio & strength training (and of course eat clean!).

Genetics is SO interesting- I have an athletic (H) frame, BUT my lil sis has a much more curvy body (w/ more defined waistline).

I couldn't complete the plank series 🙁 but I already had donde yoga and a ballet beautiful video so maybe because of that? My arms feel too weak

Can this workout still be effective with a pear shape? I'm trying to reduce my waist down just enough to make it lool proportional to my hips, and create a smooth sillhouette without those pesky lumps and bumps down your sides.
Without drink vitamin & going to beauty salon for slimming belly that's bulshit have belly flat, I had experienced doing work out that not easy & very hard work out for slim my belly…😂😂😝

Hi Joana, I'm not sure you will read this but what exercises do I need to do if I am naturally hourglassy but need to tone up? I am nearing 30 and getting more womanly (I was a lean hourglass back in my teens and early 20s). Now I have even wider hips and I am becoming a pear. I don't mind body shapes too much but I need to take care of extra width at the hips. Not everyone wants very wide hips. Thank you.
