The green leafy vegetables are very healthy but can cause diareah in some people which causes dehydration and hispitalization

We can control apetite in Ramadhan but when Hari Raya Aidilfitri esp in Malaysia, the main food (Rendang) very high in calories. So we gain back weight..🤷🏽♀️
