Second, is to do regular full body workouts, which include both cardio and strength training, at least 3 — 4 times weekly.

And the third step is to do workouts, which train your Transverse Abdominis or your T Abs. This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.
This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result. It’s going to be fun and sore! =)

Trust me I have a good amount of belly pooch but I do her extreme cardio,strength ,hiit exercises daily so when I did this it was like nothing for me definitely felt a burn in my belly while hip twists but not that much i am really good at exercising I don’t know why I never loose my belly pooch and arms fat I have comparatively pretty much slim waist though
What about after giving birth of Cesarian section? It's been 6 months after my c. Section, Is it safe ?
This always kills me but it’s the BEST!! Guys keep doing this and u will see results! I stopped for a while but got back because I had seen results in the past. Love her workouts ❤️
Omfg I workout everyday for 3 hours and still have a belly Pooch and so far my abs are burning I have Been doing this for 2 day gonna keep going cause I wanna get rid of my pooch and wanna get abs

I extremely struggled with this workout one year ago and couldn't complete it. Later I started doing 60 days plank challenge and then tried this workout. I was surprised how this workout became a bit easy for me after plank challenge. I also felt the pain little bit.
I can't wait to start!

Been doing this for like three weeks now and my pooch is slowly going down, this burns my abs and works with losing ur pooch so I definitely recommend if u are trying to lose ur pooch!!

I wish she wasnt Asian. It gives me no hope because most Asians are cute and petite and have awesome bodies including naturally flat bellies!
But, I will still try these exercises and see if these work.

hiii! i’m going to be doing this workout every day starting tomorrow and i promise i will keep you guys posted! doing this for 2 weeks and maybe longer if it starts to work 🙂 i’m starting to get a lot of upper abs from doing previous workouts but my lower fat is still there. my diet is pretty clean with a few skip days per month. i drink about 2-3 32 oz water bottles per day

This is really a best exercise I lost 1 inch in 1.
I did 500 skipping àlso extra and 1 hour dance 🩰 and healthy diet u should try this exercise
