– HIIT Mountain Climbers
– HIIT Lunges With a Kick

I dont realize that i already exercised for almost 30 minutes. This is a really enjoyable exercise video. Just follow all the move, and become sweaty. Its painful, but a great one. Thx joanna and nika.. God bless you.
Omg I was waiting for Joanna to say "I am sweatiiiiiinnng" cos I certainly was and I was so happy that she said it at the end. Great workout if you were wondering how yoga can work with conventional floor work.

My go to morning routine. It’s the best yoga video to do in the morning to feel energized and to boost your metabolism. I do my basic workout routine in the evening though as well.

This is my first time doing yoga I was struggling a bit but I continues till 23 mins but after that 😭😭 I couldn't push my self hard but I will do this every day maybe I can do it properly next time
After three weeks,doing it three times a week. Only then i get to catch the pace and managed to hold every positions without losing breathe😅 we got this!
