Me as an Asian. When there's broth, I only take rice and vegetables. The meat flavor is in the meat so I don't have to eat meat.

I changed my UK diet for "Korean meals".
I have big breakfast 08:00/big dinner 17:00./soup broth and rice with kimchi.
Snacking only fruit..q°_^p..
