I just celebrated my 28th birthday last week. =) Thank you for all the wishes. What does your birthday mean to you? For me, it’s another year to be grateful for everyone and everything I’ve been blessed with. This year, I decided to host a party for YOU, my followers.
I’ve probably said this too many times, but I will not be doing what I do today and be where I am today without each and every one of you. And I don’t ever want to take that for granted.
It’s incredible how the online space has connected us. YOU have changed and inspired me in all aspects of my life. Hence, I wanted to personally meet and thank some of you who have been watching my videos. It’s truly amazing to be in a room filled with like-minded women. There’s just so much love and I feel extremely blessed.
Getting to know you and listening to your life and fitness journey reminds me to always continue to help others, stay grounded and if I can continue to change just ONE life through my videos, well then, I’ll continue to film and create them. That’s my main drive when I first started my YouTube channel in March 2013 and it’s still my main drive today. =)

To me, birthday means a reason to grateful. Grateful for what i've got and achieved, so far. Grateful for having such a great mom, because without her i would never be able to smell the oxygen of this universe. And I thank you, so much, Joanna! For making beautiful yet inspiring videos. My birthday to me means a day to spend celebrating the blessings in my life. I have a wonderful husband, a loving family, and I just want to do my part helping make the lives of people I come in touch with just a little sweeter. I am not to my goal on my fitness journey just yet (although I'm 1/3 of the way there with your help!), but since I have discovered your videos, they have been helping me have a new appreciation for food, health, nutrition, friendship, and life.
I have been struggling with depression but I when I get down I watch one of your videos. I just recently watched one of your motivational videos this morning, and it helped me not give up on myself through an emotionally challenging week. I ♥LOVE♥ what you do. Thank you for being you! I hope to one day to be a great role model for others as you have been for me. Oh, and as for abroad, I live in Washington State, USA!! I hope one day I can meet you! Even traveling to Europe this fall of 2018. Who knows? ♫
